As a Chaplain in the Maine State Prison, I saw first-hand many outrageous acts of human injustice. Some in the industry call me a whistle blower, but I could not, and will not turn my back on anything I believe is wrong.
These are real life stories which I have documented in hopes of drawing attention to a sector of our society we tend to compartmentalize. Our rehabilitation policies do not work and this is, in my opinion, the single biggest waste of our taxpayer dollars every year.
